This channel is available to everyone, both internal and external. Reports submitted are handled confidentially, protecting the information and identity of the whistleblower, ensuring there is no retaliation against those who report in good faith. And rest assured, if you do not feel comfortable, it is not necessary to identify yourself.

VIP Global ensures that all reports will be treated confidentially, guaranteeing the whistleblower the security to make them without the need for identification or data tracking. If the whistleblower chooses to identify themselves, all personal information will be kept confidential. All reports received by the Ethics Channel will be investigated. The accuracy of the information provided is the responsibility of the whistleblower. Incomplete or inaccurate information may hinder the investigation.
When making a report, provide details and important information for the investigation of the facts. If additional clarifications are needed, VIP Global may request them through the channel used. All reports will be handled in accordance with the VIP Global Code of Conduct and Ethics, the Ethics Channel Policy, and relevant legislation, especially the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 - LGPD).
