VIP Global's support goes beyond the implementation of the #ZeroRisk program. Days after the training, the company sends feedback forms for supervisors to distribute to participants. This allows employees to provide impartial and anonymous feedback on the training, structure, and content, evaluating the entire VIP Global initiative.
