VIP Global, knowing the importance of these issues and acting as an expert in the field, established a successful partnership over two years ago with Coca-Cola Femsa.
Since then, it has played an indispensable role in the logistics operation at the warehouse in Cajamar-SP, where large volumes of products such as soft drinks, juices, water, energy drinks, and beers, equivalent to R$ 3 million in products per day, are stored and distributed.
This successful partnership is the result of operational management capability. On a typical day, for example, 48 trucks are moved in up to 12 hours. During the Summer Plan, which takes place during periods of high seasonality, 72 trucks are moved in 12 hours and 16,000 pallets per week.

A large-scale logistics operation, like the one in Cajamar, requires detailed prior planning to avoid possible mishaps. At VIP Global, the team is trained to handle the reception, storage, internal sorting, stock monitoring, conditioning, and shipping of products in an integrated way.
Moreover, there is strict inventory control, ensuring that every item is tracked and accounted for, preventing losses and increasing operational capacity.
To ensure fast and error-free logistics, advanced systems like WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System) are used. Through these, it is possible to monitor every step of the logistics movement, from product arrival to shipment. This way, the entire stock flow can be visualized and managed strategically.

Ensuring the safety of employees and products is a top priority for VIP Global. That’s why we rely on SESMT (Specialized Service in Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine) to implement and oversee all necessary measures.
Another precaution we take in our Cajamar operation is the presence of security guards. With the movement of large quantities of products and monetary values, reinforcing warehouse protection is crucial to prevent theft or other incidents.
VIP Global has developed contingency plans to anticipate unexpected events and ensure smooth procedures. Large-scale logistics operations, like that of Cajamar, demand attention to forecast possible challenges.
During seasonal periods, the Summer Plan is implemented to accommodate the increase in demand. One example is the use of alternative suppliers focused on labor, ensuring resource availability to meet demands, regardless of circumstances.
